13TH ANNUAL HERITAGE ARTS FESTIVAL
Six-day celebration of African-American artists featuring merchants, beauty products, food, clothing, jewelry, African artifacts and live entertainment including blues, gospel, smooth jazz and R&B from some of Atlanta’s finest performers. ATLANTA PRESS CLUB 2008 ANNUAL GALA
Join the Atlanta Press Club and the Society of Professional Journalists in honoring the best in journalism in 11 states. This event, featuring special guest Bob Edwards of XM radio and NPR fame, also honors the recipients of the SPJ’s 58th annual Eyeshade Awards. 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 19 at the Commerce Club.
